We hope you love your goodies! But if you have a problem and need to return something, here's what you can do!
(ALL returns & exchanges must be returned within 14 days of ordered being delivered).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Returns or exchanges can be done by sending an email to: thestylishorchid@gmail.com
Please include the following in your email:

  • Name
  • Order #
  • Items to be returned 


We will gladly accept returned items if received within the 14 day return period.

POLICY:
ALL merchandise must be returned within 14 days and
MUST have been previously approved (via email), tags must be attached, and clothing
new, unworn or altered in anyway. 


ALL SALE ITEMS ARE ALL FINAL SALE
AND CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR A STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGED.
SALE ITEMS include the following: anything in the SALE section, Flash Sales, Clearance, and anything that has been reduced from it's original price.
